Stornogebühren

Wir erheben keine Gebühren für Reservierungen, die 7 Tage oder länger vor dem Abholtermin storniert oder geändert werden. Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung nach diesem Zeitpunkt stornieren oder ändern, dann werden die folgenden Gebühren erhoben:

• Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung weniger als 7 Tage vor dem Abholtermin stornieren oder ändern, dann werden Ihnen entweder die vollen Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 30,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist, angerechnet.
• Wenn Sie Ihre Reservierung weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Abholtermin stornieren oder ändern, dann werden Ihnen entweder die vollen Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 70,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist, angerechnet.

Nichterscheinen

Wenn Sie Ihr Fahrzeug nicht am spezifizierten Abholtermin abholen, dann behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ihnen eine Nichterscheinungsgebühr in Höhe der Kosten der Reservierung oder bis zu maximal € 70,00, je nachdem, welches der niedrigere Betrag ist anzurechnen. Im Falle eines Nichterscheinens wird Ihnen Ihre Kreditkartenzahlung abzüglich der Nichterscheinungsgebühr rückerstattet.

Nicht aufgebrauchte Miettage

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass nicht aufgebrauchte Miettage bei vorausbezahlten Reservierungen nicht rückerstattet werden.

Additional Driver Policy

Additional drivers are free of charge - there is no maximum number of additional drivers allowed.

Age Requirements

Minimum age is 21 years for all cars. There is no maximum age and no young drivers charge.

Cross Border Policy

Customers are allowed to travel with the rented vehicle everywhere in Europe but not into Ex-USSR countries. Customers can drive into former Ex-Yugoslavia countries (which is Serbia, and including Kosovo, Albania and Montenegro). Green Card Insurance is included in all rates for all car groups. Bosnian insurances do not cover the rented vehicle when travelling through Kosovo. Additional cross border insurance has to be purchased at the border if driving through Kosovo. Please be advised that due to a change in law in Germany, it is mandatory for all vehicles crossing the border into Germany to have winter tyres fitted during the Snow & Icy conditions. Customers will be fined on the spot if they are stopped by police and found to not have the appropriate winter tyres.

Delivery / Collection

Available on freesale - 10 kms free in town, then it is EUR 30.00 + tax for 100 kms (out of town) (thus EUR 30.00 for 110 kms-10 free plus 100kms). Then after 110 kms, there is a charge of EUR 0.3 + tax for each additional KM. Delivery & Collection is not available out of hours.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss or damage of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is EUR 300.00. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies

License Requirements

Driving licence must have been held for at least 2 years for all cars. An international driving permit is required. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

One Way Rentals

Domestic one ways are allowed between all locations. There is a charge of EUR 30.00 + tax between Tuzla & Sarajevo locations both ways and for all car groups. Free of charge between Sarajevo locations for all cars. Domestic one ways must be pre-booked and there is a 2 day minimum length of rental required. International one ways are not allowed.

Out of Hours Policy

Not available.

Payment Policy

Acceptable methods of payment are: Visa, Diners, Mastercard, Amex & National Vouchers. Cash is also accepted for all cars with 1 credit card at time of pickup. A deposit of the total rental price plus 50% is required for cash & credit card payments.

Refuelling Policy

There is a refuelling charge of EUR 5.00 + tax per rental.

Roadside Assistance

Accident Procedure: Accident report is necessary in case of accident and for major accidents, a police report is requested. Breakdown Procedure: Customer will be advised of this at time of pickup.

Special Equipment

Infant Seat - CSI (0 - 12 months) - EUR 30.00 + tax per rental - On Request. Baby Seats - CSB (1 - 3 years) are available for EUR 30.00 + tax per rental on request, but these are not bookable in the system (please add comment to the remarks if this item is required). Toddler Seat - CST (4 - 7 years) - EUR 30.00 + tax per rental - On Request Luggage Rack - LUG - EUR 30.00 + tax per rental - On Request. Ski Rack - SKR - EUR 30.00 + tax per rental - On Request. Only available from 15th October to 31st March. Snow Chains - SNO - Free of Charge - only available from 15th October to 31st March - On Request. Car Phone -PHN (Mobitel with limited calls) - EUR 70.00 + tax per rental - On Request. All cars are equipped with winter tyres from 15th October to 31st March. All equipment is available for all cars and at all locations. For all child seat requests - the age of the child is required at the time of reservation.
